Lausanne, September 9, 2026 – Vaudoise Assurances Holding has raised CHF 220 million on the Swiss bond market. The issue is structured in two tranches: a first tranche of CHF 100 million with a 4-year maturity and a coupon of 0.90%, and a second tranche of CHF 120 million with an 8-year maturity and a coupon of 1.25%. The bonds, listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, will mature in 2030 and 2034, respectively.
