Vantiva General Meeting: Documents Available for Consultation
On June 6, 2025, Vantiva announced the availability of preparatory documents for its Combined General Meeting. The event will take place on June 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at the Auditorium, 10 Boulevard de Grenelle, Paris. Shareholders can consult the agenda and draft resolutions published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires (BALO) on May 23, 2025, with a notice of meeting scheduled for June 11, 2025.
Registered shareholders will receive their meeting notice directly, but all shareholders may request or review the documents at the company's registered office within 15 days prior to the meeting. They are also available online on the Vantiva website.
