Vanguard Group's Disclosure on Mitie Group PLC Stake
The Vanguard Group, Inc. has disclosed its stake in Mitie Group plc, pursuant to Rule 8.3 of the Takeover Code. As of 28 July 2026, Vanguard owns 64,846,291 shares in Mitie, representing a 4.98% interest in the company's 2.5p ordinary shares.
Vanguard reported recent transactions, purchasing 97,351 shares and selling 81,139 shares, both at 2.08 GBP per share. These dealings reflect Vanguard's active participation in Mitie's securities market.
No new securities subscription rights were revealed, and there are no significant changes concerning cash-settled or stock-settled derivatives. Additionally, Vanguard confirmed the absence of any inducement agreements related to Mitie's securities.
