Valeo - Voting rights and share capital as of August 2026
On September 10, 2026, Valeo published information on its share capital structure and associated voting rights. As of August 31, 2026, the issued share capital amounted to €245,607,624, divided into the same number of shares, each with a par value of one euro. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 276,893,345. This figure includes shares without voting rights.
Valeo also specifies the total number of exercisable voting rights, which is 272,826,627. This calculation excludes shares without voting rights, in accordance with the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This information is provided pursuant to Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and the AMF General Regulation.
