BlackRock reduces its stake in VALEO
On June 25, 2025, BlackRock, Inc. lowered its voting rights threshold of 5% in VALEO. This threshold was declared on June 26, 2025. BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds it manages, now holds 13,204,441 VALEO shares. This represents 5.40% of the company's capital but only 4.81% of the voting rights. This situation results from the sale of shares, both on and off the market, as well as a reduction in shares held as collateral.
The shares mentioned include 65,612 VALEO ADRs and 4,252,023 shares from CFDs. BlackRock also retains 309,354 shares for which clients have retained voting rights. These transactions do not require verification by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
