BlackRock drops below 5% threshold in Valeo
Asset manager BlackRock Inc. announced that it has lowered its stake in Valeo to 5%. This change, which occurred on September 15, 2025, was notified by letter to the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on September 16. BlackRock now holds 12,225,486 Valeo shares, representing 4.997% of the share capital and 4.45% of the voting rights. This increase is the result of a sale of shares both on and off the market.
The composition of BlackRock's shares includes 65,480 ADRs, shares held through CFD contracts, shares held under loan-to-borrow arrangements and as collateral. Based on a total capital of 244,633,504 shares, BlackRock's share represents a reduction in its involvement in Valeo.
