Valeo: Declaration of voting rights as of December 31, 2025
On January 12, 2026, Valeo issued a press release regarding information on the total number of voting rights and shares within its share capital. As of December 31, 2025, Valeo's issued share capital amounted to €245,607,624, with a par value of €1 per share, bringing the total to 245,607,624 shares.
The total number of theoretical voting rights was 275,984,538, including shares without voting rights. Exercisable voting rights amounted to 273,334,437, these figures being calculated in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
