Valeo Announces Voting Rights for December 2025
Valeo has released information concerning its total voting rights and shares as of December 31, 2025. The company's issued capital amounts to €245,607,624, with a par value of €1 per share, resulting in a total of 245,607,624 shares. The theoretical number of voting rights stands at 275,984,538, while the exercisable voting rights are slightly lower at 273,334,437.
This differentiation in voting rights is in line with French regulatory requirements, which account for shares deprived of voting rights in the theoretical calculation. Such shares are excluded from the exercisable voting rights count.
