Valbiotis SA: Update on voting rights and share capital
The French laboratory Valbiotis SA has released a monthly update regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of June 30, 2026. The company, listed on Euronext Growth Paris under the ISIN code FR0013254851, declares a total of 35,538,234 shares for 36,250,779 theoretical voting rights.
The information also specifies that the number of exercisable voting rights is 36,204,832, after taking into account treasury shares. Valbiotis reminds its shareholders of their disclosure obligations in the event of exceeding the shareholding thresholds stipulated in Article 10.5 of its bylaws.
