VALBIOTIS SA publishes monthly data on voting rights and shares

On December 19, 2025, VALBIOTIS SA published its monthly figures concerning voting rights and share capital in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of November 30, 2025, the company had 23,698,234 shares comprising its share capital. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 24,403,132, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 24,360,038.
