UV GERMI launches a public share buyback offer
UV GERMI, a company listed on Euronext Growth, has announced the filing of a tender offer for 800,000 of its own shares at a price of €3.30 per share. This initiative aims to reduce the company's share capital.
The offer, presented by Portzamparc, covers 24.78% of UV GERMI's share capital and will extend over a minimum period of 20 days. It is subject to approval by the general meeting in January 2026 and to compliance with the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority).
This transaction, financed by the company's excess cash, offers shareholders a liquidity opportunity. CEO Willy Fortunato will not tender his shares in the offer. UV GERMI will continue its operations without any structural changes.
