US Court Allows Revolution Wind Project to Resume
The US District Court for the District of Columbia has granted Revolution Wind, LLC a preliminary injunction. This decision opposes the suspension order released by the Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) in December 2025. The injunction permits the Revolution Wind Project to resume construction activities immediately. The project had been under legal scrutiny since August 2025 due to BOEM Director's orders.
