UraniumX Finalizes Acquisition of Dieter Lake Project

UraniumX Discovery Corp. has completed the acquisition of the Dieter Lake uranium project from Consolidated Uranium Inc., a subsidiary of IsoEnergy Ltd. This transaction makes IsoEnergy a strategic shareholder in UraniumX, holding 18 million common shares and gaining the right to nominate one director to UraniumX's board.

The Dieter Lake project, located in North-Central Quebec, brings UraniumX significant assets with a historical estimate of approximately 24.4 million pounds of U3O8. The acquisition was executed entirely through shares and a 2.0% net smelter returns royalty, with no cash exchanged.

This expansion positions UraniumX in two Canadian uranium jurisdictions: Quebec and Saskatchewan. The strategic move aims to verify and drill the Dieter Lake exploration to potentially redefine the historical resource estimate under current standards. The project spans 168 claims over 8,106 hectares with a mineralized strike open for further exploration.
