Ur-Energy Shareholders Meeting Results Announced

Ur-Energy Inc., a uranium mining company, has revealed the outcomes of its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on June 5, 2025. All nominees put forth in the management proxy circular dated April 25, 2025, were elected to the Board of Directors.
The election results showed strong support for nominees, with John W. Cash receiving 96.40% of the votes, Rob Chang 96.51%, and Elmer W. Dyke 96.55%. The least amount of support went to Gary C. Huber, who received 68.04% of the votes.
The shareholders have also reappointed BDO USA, P.C. as the Company's independent auditors, and authorized the Directors to decide their remuneration. Furthermore, a "say on pay" vote to approve executive compensation passed with 95.29% approval.
Additionally, the renewal of the Restricted Share Unit and Equity Incentive Plan was approved with 65.88% after excluding insider votes. Ur-Energy operates uranium facilities in Wyoming and trades on both the NYSE American and Toronto Stock Exchange.
