Ur-Energy Reports Strong Year-End 2025 Financials and Operational Progress

Ur-Energy Inc., a U.S.-based uranium producer, reported robust financial and operational results for 2025. The company increased uranium production at its Lost Creek facility, drumming 410,440 pounds of U3O8, marking a 65% increase from 2024. Financially, Ur-Energy's cash position rose to $123.9 million, bolstered by a $120 million convertible notes offering and $28.7 million from warrant exercises.

The Shirley Basin project advanced significantly, with wellfield development and plant construction on track. Workforce grew to 157 employees, a 55% increase, supporting company growth. Ur-Energy's combined uranium resources now total 31.4 million pounds across their properties.

Looking ahead, Ur-Energy plans to continue optimizing production processes and expanding exploration programs at Lost Soldier and North Hadsell projects, positioning for further growth in 2026.
