Update to the exercise price of the 2025 warrants for Eduform Action

Eduform Action announced that the eighth exercise period for the share subscription warrants (BSA) attached to the shares issued on December 3, 2025 will begin on September 14, 2026. The period will end on September 26, 2026. The exercise price of the BSA for this period has been set at €0.22, in accordance with the conditions previously established by the company.

This price results from the average of the company's closing prices over the five trading days preceding the opening of the exercise period, less a 15% discount, or from the previously chosen exercise price, whichever is lower.
