On March 3, 2026, Diagnostic Medical Systems, listed on Euronext Growth Paris under the code ALDMS, published information relating to the distribution of its voting rights and shares as of February 28, 2026. According to the press release, the company's share capital consists of 26,686,791 shares.
The total number of theoretical voting rights is 30,434,377 while the number of exercisable voting rights is 29,667,439. This publication is in accordance with legal obligations under Article L. 225-73-1 of the Commercial Code.
