Manitou BF has scheduled its Combined General Meeting for June 12, 2025, at 10:45 AM. This event will take place at the company's registered office in Ancenis-Saint Géréon, France.
The agenda and draft resolutions were initially announced in the BALO on May 5, 2025. Further announcements are to be made on May 26, 2025, in both BALO and Ouest France, a local legal announcement publication.
Preparatory Meeting documents are available on Manitou's website, complying with the French Commercial Code. Shareholders can request these documents via mail by June 7, 2025, and must provide proof of their shareholder status.
