Unusual Machines Adjourns Annual Meeting to December 19
Unusual Machines, Inc. (NYSE American: UMAC), a provider of NDAA-compliant drone components, announced the adjournment of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders initially held on December 1, 2025. The meeting is set to reconvene virtually on December 19, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. ET to gather more proxies to achieve a quorum for the election of five directors. Stockholders can participate and vote via www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/UMAC2025 using their control ID and Request ID numbers.
The Board emphasizes that the proposal supports both the company and its stockholders. The initial meeting lacked quorum, prompting the Board to urge stockholders who haven't voted to do so by December 18, 2025.
Voting can be done online, via phone, mail, or at the virtual meeting. A quorum requires one-third of voting power represented. For assistance, stockholders may contact Innisfree M&A Incorporated.
