Uniper SE's Supervisory Board has confirmed the reappointment of Michael Lewis as Chief Executive Officer for an additional five-year term. This decision, made on October 15, 2026, extends Lewis's leadership from November 1, 2026, to October 31, 2031. The current term as Chairman and member of the Management Board will conclude early with mutual agreement.
