UNIFY Group: 2026 Half-Year Results Marked by Strong Net Income Growth
UNIFY Group reported a significant increase in its consolidated net income to €13.2 million in the first half of 2026, up 56.4% compared to 2025. This improvement is attributable to a successful diversification strategy and ongoing cost optimization efforts. Revenue decreased slightly by 1.9% to €252.3 million, while EBITDA increased slightly by 2.1%.
The group is continuing its diversification with strategic investments in the training and events sectors, supported by the acquisition of Ed'Learn. International expansion continues, representing 37% of revenue. Profitability benefits from the complementarity between the B2B and B2C divisions, with an EBITDA margin reaching 10.7%.
From a financial perspective, UNIFY reduced its net debt and strengthened its equity, continuing its deleveraging strategy. Rigorous management combined with controlled structural costs contributed to this overall performance.
