UniDoc Health Corp. Modifies LIFE Offering Terms

On October 17, 2025, UniDoc Health Corp. announced an amendment to its private placement LIFE offering to include a minimum offering threshold. The Vancouver-based company aims to raise between $800,000 and $1,500,000, offering units at $0.15 each. Each unit comprises one common share and one purchase warrant, enabling the holder to buy an additional share at $0.25 over the next 36 months.

UniDoc intends to allocate the proceeds towards inventory, marketing, investor relations, and general corporate needs. The offering is exempt from prospectus requirements across Canada, except in Quebec. The expected closing is October 22, 2025, pending regulatory approvals.
