UniDoc Health Corp. Completes LIFE Offering, Raising $1.5 Million

UniDoc Health Corp., a company listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE:UDOC), has successfully closed its non-brokered private placement LIFE offering. The offering concluded with the issuance of 10 million units at $0.15 each, raising a total of $1.5 million. Each unit comprises one common share and one warrant, allowing holders to purchase an additional share at $0.25 until October 2028.

The proceeds will support UniDoc's inventory, marketing, investor relations, working capital, and general corporate purposes. A finder's fee of $31,374.75 was paid in connection with the offering. The securities issued under this offering for Canadian subscribers are free from resale restrictions.
