UniDoc Health and Ventripoint Sign MOU for Remote Cardiac Assessment Evaluation

Vancouver-based UniDoc Health Corp. recently signed a memorandum of understanding with Ventripoint Diagnostics Ltd. to explore a potential collaboration in remote cardiac assessment. This initiative aims to integrate Ventripoint's AI-powered VMS+ cardiac imaging platform with UniDoc's connected-care infrastructure.

The proposed collaboration plans to utilize a hub-and-spoke model, linking community image acquisition with expert cardiology review. The partnership will explore VMS+ as an optional component for UniDoc's Health Cube and virtual-care platforms.

Initial evaluations will target pilot sites, workflows, and deployment partners, emphasizing remote and underserved communities. Key assessments include technical requirements, equipment, and cybersecurity measures.

This MOU aligns with UniDoc's strategy to enhance its eHealth platform's clinical capabilities, although it remains non-exclusive and non-binding, with no obligation for further agreements or deployments.
