Aconnic AG Secures EUR 4 Million Financing for Order Fulfillment
aconnic AG, based in Munich, has finalized a EUR 4 million financing deal with a strategic investor. This funding is aimed at procuring necessary components and raw materials to meet current customer orders. The company holds an order backlog of EUR 42 million.
The financing is divided into two tranches, with the first EUR 2.5 million already accessible to aconnic. An option exists to convert this financing into equity, with a potential capital increase priced at EUR 1.00 per share. The terms extend until March 2027.
Following a revenue decline in 2024 and 2025, aconnic executed a cost-reduction strategy, saving EUR 5 million annually. The company developed new 10 and 100 Gigabit connectivity products alongside quantum-safe network security solutions, securing new orders worth EUR 30 million in early 2026.
CEO Werner Neubauer emphasized the milestone's significance, stressing the focus on fulfilling substantial orders promptly for profitable growth. Ongoing financing initiatives from May 2026 remain on schedule.
