UBS Group AG crosses the 5% threshold in AIR FRANCE-KLM

On December 22, 2025, UBS Group AG announced that it had crossed the 5% threshold of Air France-KLM's share capital, reaching 5.31% of the share capital and 3.77% of the voting rights. This represents 13,942,506 shares. This acquisition resulted from an off-market transaction. UBS AG directly holds 6,013,272 shares, while UBS Switzerland AG holds 6,038,887.

Pursuant to Article L. 233-9 I, 6° of the French Commercial Code, UBS Group AG also indirectly holds 4,450,146 shares through various contracts. In parallel, the company also holds WORLDLINE shares through various contracts, including options and swaps, further expanding its presence in the financial sector.
