UBS AG Reduces its Stake in VIRIDIEN
The Swiss company UBS AG has announced a reduction in its stake in VIRIDIEN. As of January 5, 2026, UBS AG held 5.99% of the share capital and 5.96% of the voting rights of VIRIDIEN, representing 430,125 shares. This share acquisition took place off-market.
UBS Group AG, another Swiss entity, did not cross a new threshold but retains an indirect stake of 6.22% of the capital and 6.19% of the voting rights, i.e. 446,722 shares, under various subsidiaries, including UBS Switzerland.
In addition, UBS Group AG has similar rights over 89,742 shares, via contracts allowing the use or substitution of shares at any time.
