UBS Announces Key Changes to Group Executive Board

UBS AG has announced significant changes to its Group Executive Board, effective January 1, 2026. Michelle Bereaux, currently Group Integration Officer, will assume the role of Group Head Compliance and Operational Risk Control. Her efforts in the integration of Credit Suisse will transition towards managing non-financial risks. Beatriz Martin, Head of Non-Core and Legacy, will become Group Chief Operating Officer, maintaining her current roles while focusing on operational integration and strategic projects.

Mike Dargan will continue as Group Chief Technology Officer, enhancing UBS's technology platforms and focusing on technological advancements. Responsibility for Governmental and Regulatory Affairs will be moved to Group CFO Todd Tuckner, and Group Security will now be managed under Stefan Seiler's HR and Corporate Services division. These changes aim to optimize UBS’s strategic growth and operations across business divisions.
