Ubisoft: Information on voting rights as of June 30, 2025

Ubisoft Entertainment has released monthly information regarding its share capital and voting rights. As of June 30, 2025, the company's share capital stood at 132,273,537 shares. The total number of voting rights, both gross and net, stands at 145,051,397.

A few days later, on July 8, 2025, the total number of shares comprising the share capital increased to 132,598,642. At the same time, the number of gross and net voting rights reached 145,656,972. These figures reflect a slight increase in shares and voting rights in a few days.
