Ubisoft 2025 General Meeting: New Appointments and Resolutions Supported

On July 10, 2025, Ubisoft held its Annual General Meeting in Paris, chaired by Yves Guillemot. The shareholders present held 59.85% of the total shares. All resolutions were adopted, demonstrating shareholder confidence in the company's strategy.

Two new independent directors have been appointed: Axelle Lemaire, an expert in digital innovation and CSR, and André Loesekrug-Pietri, a specialist in European technological sovereignty. Ubisoft expresses its gratitude to the outgoing directors, Laurence Hubert-Moy and Corinne Fernandez-Handelsman.
