The Goldman Sachs Group Réduit sa Participation dans Ubisoft
The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. a récemment franchi à la baisse le seuil de 5 % du capital d'Ubisoft Entertainment. Selon une déclaration reçue le 25 mars 2026, leur participation est passée à 4,42 % du capital, soit 3,99 % des droits de vote, après une cession d'actions hors marché.
Le groupe détient maintenant 5 958 464 actions Ubisoft Entertainment à travers diverses entités, dont Goldman Sachs International et Goldman Sachs Bank Europe. De plus, certaines de ces actions sont détenues sous forme de contrats de prêt de titre et de put options, offrant une flexibilité sur leur récupération ou leur exercice.
En complément, Goldman Sachs maintient des positions via des contrats financiers tels que des swaps et des call warrants, atteignant plus de 2 millions d'actions potentiellement exercées d'ici 2036.
