JP Morgan Chase & Co. reduces its stake in Ubisoft
On September 28, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced that it had fallen below the 10% ownership threshold in Ubisoft Entertainment. The firm now holds 9.61% of the share capital and 8.84% of the voting rights of the video game company. This change in ownership resulted from a sale of shares on the market.
JP Morgan Securities plc, a subsidiary of JP Morgan, also fell below this threshold, holding 4,111,776 Ubisoft shares, including various option contracts. In addition, it holds equity swap contracts totaling 2,183,474 shares. These movements reflect a strategic reassessment of its portfolio.
