Franchissement de seuil de DWS Investment chez Ubisoft
Le 12 mai 2025, DWS Investment GmbH, société de droit allemand, a informé Ubisoft Entertainment du franchissement à la baisse du seuil de 5% de son capital. Cet événement est intervenu le 8 mai 2025. DWS gère plusieurs fonds d'investissement et détient désormais 6 500 415 actions Ubisoft, représentant 4,97% du capital et 4,53% des droits de vote.
Ce changement résulte de la restitution d'actions détenues auparavant en tant que collatéral. L'information a été transmise à travers un communiqué reçu par Ubisoft, basé à Paris, indiquant la nouvelle répartition de ses actions.
