Crossing a threshold at Ubisoft Entertainment
The Guillemot family group has fallen below the 20% threshold of voting rights in Ubisoft Entertainment. It now holds 16,652,849 shares, representing 18.87% of the voting rights and 12.36% of the share capital. This change results from the settlement of two prepaid futures contracts with Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, involving the delivery of 3,030,303 shares.
Furthermore, the group including Tencent Mobility Limited did not cross any thresholds. As of March 23, 2026, it held 29,380,434 shares, representing 27.40% of the voting rights and 21.81% of the share capital. This shareholding structure remains significant for the company's strategic future.
