Citigroup réduit sa participation dans Ubisoft Entertainment
Le 16 juillet 2026, Citigroup Inc a franchi à la baisse le seuil de 5% du capital d'Ubisoft Entertainment. Selon la déclaration reçue le 17 juillet 2025, Citigroup détient désormais 5 928 396 actions, représentant 4,36% du capital et 4,02% des droits de vote d'Ubisoft. Cette baisse résulte de la vente d'actions sur le marché et de la diminution des actions détenues par assimilation.
Les actions sont réparties entre Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Limited, et Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. Au total, Citigroup possède indirectement 2 702 226 actions par assimilation via des contrats "short put" et des prêts de titres. De plus, elle dispose de 2 367 085 actions par le biais de contrats "swap" et d'autres "short put".
