SMG Swiss Marketplace Group annonce son intention d'introduire une introduction en bourse
En collaboration avec La Mobilière, Ringier et General Atlantic, TX Group a créé en 2021 le SMG Swiss Marketplace Group, intégrant des plateformes telles que Homegate et Ricardo. TX Group détient actuellement une participation de 30,7 % dans SMG.
Le groupe SMG Swiss Marketplace a annoncé son intention d'introduire en bourse (ITF), signalant la possibilité d'une introduction en bourse (IPO). Confiant dans les flux de trésorerie futurs et la performance boursière de SMG, TX Group prévoit de conserver sa participation pendant l'IPO.
