Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Secures CMB Approval for International Bond Issuance
Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. (TGBD) announced that it has obtained approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for its bond issuance targeting foreign markets. This approval relates to the bank's Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program, initially established in April 2013. The bank plans to issue bonds in different currencies, series, and maturities under this program.
The approved bonds, under the GMTN framework, will be issued with the International Securities Identification Numbers (ISINs) XS3474563064 and XS3474652594. Both have an issue date of August 18, 2026, and a maturity date of August 23, 2027, with nominal amounts of EUR 10 million and EUR 30 million, respectively.
