Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. Secures CMB Approval for Bond Issuance

Turkiye Garanti Bankasi A.S. has received approval from the Capital Markets Board (CMB) for issuing bonds to foreign markets under its Global Medium Term Notes (GMTN) program. This program allows the bank to issue borrowing instruments in various currencies across different series and maturities.

Issuance certificates have been obtained for bonds with maturities in 2027. The bonds include two USD-denominated issuances with nominal amounts of 100 million and 145 million USD, and an additional issuance with 150 million USD. A EUR-denominated bond for 100 million EUR has also been issued. These bonds aim to enhance Garanti BBVA's ability to raise capital internationally.
