TRU Precious Metals Establishes Joint Venture for Staghorn Property
TRU Precious Metals Corp. has formalized a Joint Venture Agreement with Quadro Resources Ltd. regarding the Staghorn Property, a part of the Golden Rose land package. The agreement, effective since July 2025, defines a 51%/49% interest distribution between TRU and Quadro. As outlined in the agreement, both parties will contribute to exploration costs proportionally, with TRU acting as the primary operator, earning a 10% operational fee.
The Joint Venture includes provisions for dilution of a party's interest if it fails to meet financial obligations and considers royalty alternatives. Also highlighted is the potential impact of Eldorado Gold Corporation's option to acquire an 80% interest in the Golden Rose Project, which could affect the Joint Venture's terms.
This collaboration aims to further explore the Staghorn Property's gold and copper potential, continuing from initial activities started in mid-2025. TRU anticipates revealing additional exploration results from the past year shortly.
