TRU Precious Metals Announces US Market Listing Change
TRU Precious Metals Corp. has announced its voluntary delisting from the OTCQB Venture Market effective May 31, 2025. Starting June 1, 2025, the company’s shares will be quoted on the OTC Pink Current Market. The decision is part of a cost-rationalization effort aimed at focusing resources on exploration activities to benefit shareholders, according to CEO Steve Nicol.
TRU’s shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada under the ticker "TRU" and on the OTC in the US under "TRUIF". The move aligns with the company's strategy of efficient resource allocation for enhanced exploration potential.
TRU's flagship project, the Golden Rose Project in Newfoundland, remains the primary focus. The company is working under an Earn-In Agreement with Eldorado Gold Corporation to explore gold and copper prospects along a significant gold-bearing trend.
