Trifecta Gold Completes Drilling Program at Rye Project, Yukon
Trifecta Gold Ltd. has successfully completed 1992 meters of diamond drilling at the Rye Project, located in Yukon’s eastern Tombstone Gold Belt. The program consisted of six drill holes that targeted zones of densely sheeted veins near the mid-Cretaceous Itsi Pluton. Notably, hole RY-25-06 intersected a 210-meter zone with an average vein density of 13 per meter, extending the zone identified by hole RY-25-01.
This exploration aims to evaluate the potential mineralization of quartz-pyrrhotite veins enriched with gold-related minerals such as arsenopyrite and scheelite. Preliminary results include a promising rock sample with 21.1 g/t gold. Trifecta emphasizes that the full significance of these findings will depend on the forthcoming assay results.
The Rye Project is part of the Tombstone Gold Belt, known for large Reduced Intrusion-Related Gold Systems, hosting several significant gold deposits. Trifecta Gold continues to explore its Yukon properties with the objective of enhancing shareholder value.
