Travelex Issuerco 2 Plc Lists Additional Debt Securities on Vienna MTF
Travelex Issuerco 2 Plc has announced the admission of GBP12,000,000 15% Senior Guaranteed Notes, due 2028, to listing and trading on the Vienna MTF. This follows a £12 million fundraising concluded on 1 October 2025. The securities were officially listed on 1 December 2025.
The newly admitted securities form a new series under the Sterling Note Trust Deed, initially dated 6 October 2020. They join the existing 3.01% Notes, due in 2029, already under the trust deed.
