TRATON AGM Approves Boards' Actions and Sets €0.93 Dividend for 2025
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of TRATON SE, held on June 16, 2026, in Munich, approved all agenda items with substantial support from shareholders. A significant decision was the approval of a €0.93 per share dividend for the financial year 2025, a reduction from the previous year's €1.70, aligning with decreased earnings while maintaining a prudent capital allocation strategy.
Shareholders also endorsed the Executive and Supervisory Boards' conduct during the fiscal year 2025 and the remuneration report. Highlighting the year's strategic achievements, CEO Christian Levin emphasized TRATON's enhanced group functions, the expansion of TRATON Financial Services, and the launch of a Group R&D division with 9,000 engineers, all contributing towards the TRATON Modular System's advancement.
Significant progress was made in China with the opening of Scania's new industrial hub in Rugao, strengthening production capacity and technological prowess.
