Transition Evergreen achève une première phase de restructuration
Le 5 mars 2026, Transition Evergreen a annoncé la réalisation de la première phase de sa restructuration. Des opérations de réorganisation prévues avec Zencap Asset Management ont été finalisées les 26 et 27 février 2026. Ces opérations incluaient la cession d'actions de Biovert Gestion et le refinancement des dettes de TE Holding Biogas (TEHB). Par ces actions, Transition Evergreen a apuré une partie de son passif, spécialement envers Zencap.
La société a également renforcé ses liquidités, facilitant la présentation d'un plan de continuation. Cependant, l'adoption de ce plan reste incertaine et soumise à des contraintes légales et économiques. La cotation des actions de Transition Evergreen sur Euronext Paris reprendra le 9 mars 2026.
