Transfer of listing of GERARD PERRIER INDUSTRIE to Euronext Growth Paris

On June 16, 2026, the General Meeting of GERARD PERRIER INDUSTRIE approved the transfer of its shares from Euronext Paris to Euronext Growth Paris. This decision aims to provide a more suitable framework for the company's size and market capitalization, while maintaining access to the financial markets. This transfer will be carried out via an accelerated procedure to integrate existing shares without a new issuance.

The application to delist from the current Euronext Paris listing and be admitted to Euronext Growth will be submitted by June 30, 2026. If Euronext Paris SA approves, trading could begin as early as August 16, 2026. GERARD PERRIER INDUSTRIE will be advised by TP ICAP (Europe) SA in this process.
