Transfer of Lhyfe shares to Euronext Growth Paris on September 8, 2026

On September 4, 2026, Lhyfe announced the transfer of the listing of its shares from the Euronext Paris market to Euronext Growth Paris, effective September 8, 2026. This transfer was approved by the Euronext Admissions Committee on September 2, 2026.

This decision, supported by the Board of Directors and approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders in May 2026, aims to align the listing with a market more suited to Lhyfe's size. It will improve visibility among specialist investors and reduce management costs.

Despite the transfer, Lhyfe will continue to apply certain governance rules in force on Euronext Paris. The liquidity contract and ISIN code remain unchanged, while the ticker symbol becomes ALHYF.
