Transactions in Arkema's own shares in August 2026
Between August 17 and 21, 2026, Arkema carried out a series of transactions in its own shares. In accordance with Article 5(2) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, these transactions were conducted on the market identified by the code XPAR. Over five trading days, Arkema acquired a total of 25,000 shares.
Daily trading volume varied, ranging from 4,000 to 7,000 shares. The weighted average daily purchase price fluctuated, starting at €61.9334 on August 17 and stabilizing at €59.9135 on August 21. The average price for the entire week was €60.1182 per share.
These initiatives are part of Arkema's strategy to optimize its capital structure while supporting the company's growth.
