Trans Canada Gold Expands Private Placement to $2.5 Million CDN

Trans Canada Gold Corp. has announced an increase in its non-brokered private placement from an initial $1.5 million CDN to $2.5 million CDN. The expansion is aimed at supporting its exploration projects, particularly the Harrison Lake Gold Project in British Columbia. This financing will be executed by issuing flow-through units and non-flow-through units, with the former priced at $0.19 per share, accompanied by purchase warrants, and the latter at $0.17 per share.

The proceeds will be allocated towards Phase 2 of the project, focusing on underground and surface drilling. The company's existing shareholders and new investors can participate in this offering under specific exemptions. Additionally, an over-allotment option has been introduced, potentially increasing the proceeds by 15%. Approval from the TSX Venture Exchange remains pending.
