Trans Canada Gold Corp. Appoints New VP for Exploration and Mining Operations

Trans Canada Gold Corp. has announced the appointment of Michael Magrum P. Eng as Vice-President, Mining Operations. Effective immediately, Mr. Magrum will oversee the technical management of the company's gold and mineral properties. His role includes due diligence for new property acquisitions. Mr. Magrum brings 40 years of gold exploration experience, having worked extensively in the field since 1971.

Mr. Magrum, a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines and the University of Alaska, has a varied background in identifying mining opportunities worldwide. He has previously served as a director for Seabridge Gold Inc. and currently holds a director position at Rochester Resources Ltd. His industry roles include past presidencies and director positions in several associations.

President & CEO Tim Coupland expressed enthusiasm about Mr. Magrum joining the team, highlighting his extensive expertise in gold exploration and project assembly. This comes as Trans Canada Gold is completing due diligence on a new gold exploration project in Canada. A NI 43-101 Property Report is pending, and the company aims to capitalize on high gold prices and favorable market conditions.
