TRACTIAL, a fintech company listed on Euronext Growth Paris, has announced the conversion of €900,000 in convertible bonds into shares. This move was executed through two transactions in 2024 and 2025 with separate investors, aiming at bolstering the company's growth and aligning with European MiCA regulations.

The conversion involves €300,000 from 2024 bonds and €600,000 from 2025 bonds. This strategic move not only enhances TRACTIAL's equity but also reduces debt, providing a firmer financial foundation. This equity-strengthening action supports TRACTIAL's infrastructure expansion and is crucial for future partnership and project bids.

These conversions saw 250,000 bonds turn into 300,000 shares, increasing share capital to €5,567,336. Existing shareholders experienced a minor dilution effect. Overall, this operation contributes significantly to the financial robustness and future scalability of TRACTIAL.
